Day 23- VLCD

Breakfast:
water

Lunch:
grilled onion hamburger steak
roma tomato

Snack:
apple

Dinner:
1 whole hard boiled egg
1 white only hard boiled egg
This is allowed "very occasionally" according to the protocol.

Snack:
apple

  2. Thanks! I am getting excited!! But- I am already excited about my results so far! And, I have even had 1 person tell me that she can tell I am loosing weight!! That was better than anything so far! :)
