Day 14- VLCD

Today has been a fairly easy day. I went to the health food store and got the Walden Farms ranch and bbq dressing. I forgot to try it with my dinner!

Breakfast:
water

Lunch:
100 grams hambuger steak with onions in it (yumm-O)

Dinner:
100 grams grilled chicken breast
1 roma tomato

Didn't drink enough water
