Day 20- VLCD

I woke this morning and had only lost .6 lbs again. My fingers are swollen, so I know I am retaining some water. Today was a decent day- I was craving food...and kind of food that I am not allowed to have on the diet. I really hate it when that happens.

Breakfast:
water

Lunch:
onion hamburger steak

Dinner:
BBQ pork (whoopsie)

Okay, Okay, the bbq pork is NOT on the diet protocol... But, I did measure it all out! excuses, right? I know... *sigh*
