Day 15- VLCD

Today was a great day! I have found a water that I like!! So, I have drank a gallon of water today!!! I am VERY proud of myself for that!!

Breakfast:
Water

Lunch:
3oz steak
5 strawberries

Dinner:
3oz chicken breast
1 roma tomato
1/2 grapefruit

TONS of water!!!! :) :) :)
